First 5–10 Minutes
Your space, your time, going in.
Headphones on. A mat on the floor wherever you've made room — bedroom, living room, garage. Water within reach. Phone off. The audio opens with grounding music and Witalij's voice walking you through what's about to happen — the breath patterns, the arc, the safety. Nothing rushed.
You set your intention. You feel your body settle. The nervous system gets the signal: we're not running, we're not bracing — we're going in.
Each session gradually progresses in intensity. Day 2 meets you where you are. Day 4 goes a layer deeper. By Day 8, you've been built up — the body knows the patterns, the system trusts the work, and you can hold what wouldn't have been possible on day one.

Minutes 10–35
The first layers surface.
The breath patterns layer in sequence. Rhythm and depth continuously shift as Witalij guides you deeper into the journey. The music shifts in your headphones. Something in your chest starts to vibrate. You feel a tingling in your hands, your face, your scalp.
The first emotional textures begin to surface. This is the body waking up to what it's been holding. Most people start crying or shaking somewhere in this phase.
Each session is a rollercoaster. There are climbs and drops you don't see coming. Moments where the breath feels effortless and moments where it feels like the most intense work you've done. Tears, then laughter, then stillness, then sudden grief, then unexpected peace — sometimes within the same session.
The rollercoaster — the up and down movement of energy — is also what makes this safe to do on your own. The work never pushes too hard. If it gets to be too much, you can always slow down or stop. The body sets the pace. You stay in charge of the dial.

Minutes 35–60
The body lets go.
This is the deepest part. Your level of thinking completely changes. You stop thinking and start feeling — connecting to the limbic system and the subconscious mind. The breath is doing the work. You may scream into a pillow. You may laugh-cry. You may shake uncontrollably. You may see things — ancestors, memories, geometric patterns, light, faces.
Whatever's been stuck moves. Density first, then forgiveness work, then abandonment, then whatever's underneath that.
You don't control what comes up. The body decides. Childhood material in one session, ancestral grief in the next, a memory you'd forgotten about in the third. You don't pick — you peel. Layer by layer, in whatever order the body chooses to release them.
And when more wants to move, you can repeat any session as many times as you need. Lifetime access means the program is a tool you keep, not an event you finish. Some participants return to the same session a dozen times — each time something new comes up.

The arc shifts. Heavy to light.
Something opens. The session moves from release to forgiveness, gratitude, and unification. The music softens. The breath slows. What was heavy becomes — sometimes within a single minute — gentle, warm, even joyful.
Many participants describe a sense of orgasmic joy in this phase. Or unbearable sweetness. Or unity — the felt sense that you're not separate from anything.

Final 15–20 Minutes
Sealed in the body.
The breath returns to its natural rhythm. A meditative outro begins. This is the integration layer. The phase that determines whether the work lands or evaporates.
You don't move yet. You stay. You feel. You let the system rewire around the new information.
The next day is for a shorter practice — designed to lock in the new state and sustain the work. It helps you integrate the experience without slumps or spirals, so the change stabilizes instead of fading.

A Note On Momentum

The reason eight days works is the rhythm — release, integration, release, integration. That rhythm only exists if you walk it. Buying the program and saving it for "when life calms down" is the most common mistake we see, and the one this page is asking you not to make. Life does not calm down. The work is what calms it.
