Witality® is one of the fastest-growing healing and self-discovery modalities in the world that uses breath alongside other unique techniques of facilitation. The method wasn't invented but rather assembled from years of personal experience, studies of modern approaches, and traditional ways of healing mind and body.
It combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to the light within. All inside a single, four-hour, ceremonially-structured experience that often results in the intense emotional and physical release of stuck energy, repressed emotions, blockages, and unprocessed traumas.
Many attendees describe what they experienced during Witality® as far surpassing any kind of therapy, healing retreats, or transformational seminars they have tried before. Live events are typically attended by 200–300 people. During the process, the energy in the room can be heavy and intense. It is very common for people to cry, laugh, and scream as a part of the release mechanism caused by the breathwork. A full spectrum of emotions kind of experience. After the event you come back to your center and your own energy — and feel like a brand new person.

Born in Belarus and raised in Poland, Witalij Martynow is the creator of Witality®, a movement that in the last few years has reached 150,000+ live participants across 80+ cities worldwide.
Through a rich personal journey, years of learning with Indigenous teachers, and deep study of his ancestral practices, Witalij brings higher knowledge into the mainstream — challenging the very definition of vitality itself.
His early work focused on guiding people to release the root causes of their struggles, showing that true medicine lies within. Today, his teaching leads beyond healing — outside the construct and loops of the mind — into a path of energetic sovereignty, where awareness expands into higher states without collapse, distortion, or reliance on outside forces or substances.

Yes. About 80% of attendees have never done anything like this before. The whole process is designed so you get a really good grasp of everything before we start. The first hour is foundation — theory, mechanism, walkthrough — so by the time the actual session begins, you know exactly what's happening and why.

Loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga attire, athleisure, anything you can lie in for four hours. You'll be on the floor breathing rhythmically — comfort matters more than style.
Don't come starving — and don't come stuffed. Most people do best with a moderate, light meal at least 40 minutes before the event. You'll be present and engaged for up to four hours, and you know your body best.
A photographer and videographer are present at most events. If you don't want to be filmed or photographed, we respect that completely. Before the session starts, the team hands out stickers to anyone who prefers privacy — those spots get tagged so we don't capture you on camera.
Yes. The session is designed so you can drive home afterwards and go to work the next day without issues. Plan to arrive on time and stay for the full four hours — the integration circle at the end is what brings you back to yourself before you leave the room.
No. We don't offer, administer, or give any plant medicines to participants. It's solely you, your breathing, Witalij's expertly developed guidance, and the music.
